DGSS researchers, in partnership with the William D. Ruckelshaus Center (a joint effort of the University of Washington and Washington State University that fosters collaborative public policy) completed an assessment of case studies and literature on the topic of governance at the request of Tri-Cities Evolution (formerly known as the Tri-Cities Governance Study Task Force). This research effort was designed to provide information to inform dialogue and decisions in the Tri-Cities based on what can be learned from the experiences of other communities in similar circumstances.
