For more than fifty years, the Division of Governmental Studies and Services (DGSS) at Washington State University has been a strong partner and source of experienced research, education, and expert recommendation. DGSS acts as an important link between WSU’s valuable resources as a land grant institution and the people and groups in the Northwest.
