The City of Stanwood contracted with Washington State University’s Metropolitan Center for Applied Research and Extension, and the Division of Governmental Studies and Services, to develop and implement three online surveys to support the City’s strategic planning efforts: 1) a random household survey of Stanwood residents, 2) a non-random survey of Stanwood residents, and 3) a non-random survey of Camano Island and Unincorporated Stanwood residents. WSU developed the surveys and areas of inquiry in partnership with the City to ensure the information collected would be useful for future planning and assessment.
